How the biOx Dust Control Systems Work
biOx International utilise the Fogco range of high pressure nozzles and slip-lok fittings to cost effectively eliminate dust from the atmosphere.
Water is pressurised to 1000psi and forced through a series of high pressure nozzles, creating a fog that suspends itself in the air, allowing the 5-15 micron sized water droplets to adhere and then weigh down dust particles. Tests have proven that the smaller the droplets and the higher the pressure, the more effective the system is in removing the dust particles out of the air.
PM10 are dust particles in the 0 to 10 micron range and are the particles that are most damaging to human health, and can be effectively removed by the high pressure water droplets.
